🌼 1. Deep jalaakar "Om" ka jaap


Vidhi:


Subah snaan ke baad mandir mein ek shuddh ghee ya tel ka deepak jalaayein.

Aankhein band karke 11, 21 ya 108 baar “Om” ka uchcharan karein.

Laabh:

Man ko shanti aur sthirta milti hai.

Ghar ka vaataavaran sakaratmak hota hai.

🌸 2. Tulsi Mata ki pooja

Vidhi:

Tulsi ke paudhe ke paas jal chadhaayein.

Ek deepak jalaayein aur “Om Tulasyai Namah” mantra ka 11 baar jaap karein.

Laabh:

Ghar mein Lakshmi ka vaas hota hai.

Vaayumandal shuddh rehta hai.

🔔 3. Shankh aur ghanti ki dhvani

Vidhi:

Pooja karte samay kam se kam 30 second tak shankh bajaayein.

Ghanti bhi 1 minute tak bajaayein.

Laabh:

Negative energy door hoti hai.

Man ekagra hota hai aur pooja mein man lagta hai.

📿 4. Mantra jaap ya bhajan sunna


Vidhi:

Roz subah ya shaam ko 5-10 minute "Gayatri Mantra", "Hanuman Chalisa", ya kisi priya bhajan ko sunein ya padhein.

Laabh:

Maansik tanaav door hota hai.

Bhakti bhaav jagrat hota hai.

🪔 5. Kapoor aur lobaan ka dhoop

Vidhi:

Pooja ke baad kapoor aur lobaan jalaakar poore ghar mein ghumayein.


Laabh:

Nakaratmak shaktiyaan door hoti hain.

Ghar mein shuddhata aur divyata aati hai.

Roz ki pooja mein bhavyata se zyada zaroori hai bhaavna aur niyamitata. Agar aap in 5 vidhi ko sirf 10-15 minute mein roz apnaate hain, to na keval aadhyatmik roop se majboot banenge, balki aapke ghar ka vaataavaran bhi shaantipoorn aur sakaratmak banega.
